These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website digi-training.co.uk (the “Website”) and your relationship with digi-training (the “Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”) in relation to any training services, courses, subscriptions, or products offered via the Website (“Services”). By accessing or using the Website or ordering Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Website or enrol in any Services.
- Definitions
- “User”, “you”, “your” means any person using the Website or purchasing Services.
- “Services” means any training courses, workshops, online classes, resources, materials, or digital/physical content provided by us.
- “Course materials” means any content delivered in the course, including (without limitation) handouts, guides, slides, videos, worksheets, assignments, digital downloads.
- “Subscription” means any recurring paid access to Services (if applicable).
- “Booking” means your order to reserve a place in a course or to receive Services.
- “Refund Policy” means our policy for refunds, as published on the Website.
- Eligibility & Use
2.1 You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old (or have legal capacity) to enter into binding contracts under applicable law.
2.2 You agree not to use the Website or Services for any unlawful purpose, or in any way that would violate these Terms.
2.3 You must use the Website in accordance with any instructions or policies posted by us (e.g. registration, payment, cancellation).
- Booking, Payment & Pricing
3.1 When you make a Booking, you must provide accurate and complete information (name, contact details, billing information, etc.).
3.2 All prices shown on the Website are in pounds sterling (GBP), unless otherwise stated, and inclusive of applicable VAT (where relevant).
3.3 We reserve the right to change prices, promotions or discounts at any time. However, any change will not affect a Booking you have already confirmed and paid for.
3.4 Payment must be made at or before the time of booking (unless otherwise agreed).
3.5 If payment is refused, delayed, or cancelled (e.g. chargebacks, failed card), we may cancel or suspend your Booking or access to Services.
- Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refunds
4.1 You may cancel or reschedule a Booking subject to our Refund and Returns Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.
4.2 We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a course or training session (for reasons beyond our control, staffing, low enrolment, technical issues, etc.). In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and either offer an alternative date or issue a refund.
4.3 We are not liable for any additional costs you incur (travel, accommodation, lost time) in the event of cancellation, beyond refunding what you paid for the affected Service.
- Access & Intellectual Property
5.1 Upon payment and registration, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Course Materials for your personal or business use (as specified), subject to these Terms.
5.2 You must not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, sell, sublicense or otherwise exploit the Course Materials except as expressly permitted.
5.3 All intellectual property rights in the Website and the Services (including design, text, graphics, logos, software) are owned or licensed by us, and protected by copyright, trademark, and other legal rights.
- Your Responsibilities
6.1 You agree to comply with any technical requirements or software/hardware needed to participate in the Services (e.g. computer, internet connection, necessary software).
6.2 You are responsible for securing and backing up your own data, work, files, and systems.
6.3 You must not share your login details or access credentials with others.
6.4 You must act lawfully and respectfully—no harassment, defamation, illegal content, or conduct disruptive to the training or other users.
- Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
7.1 We endeavour to provide high quality Services, but we make no guarantee that you will achieve any specific outcomes (e.g. employment, mastery) from taking courses. Results depend on your effort, prior knowledge, etc.
7.2 The Website and Services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind (express or implied), including accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
7.3 To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability (and that of our affiliates, staff, contractors) for any loss or damage (contract, negligence, or otherwise) arising under or in relation to these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant Service.
7.4 We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, lost profits, or loss of data.
7.5 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraud, or any other liability which cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

8.1 We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy (published on the Website).
8.2 By using the Website or enrolling in Services, you consent to our collection, use, and retention of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
- Cancellation of Access / Termination
9.1 We may suspend or terminate your access to the Website or Services, without notice or liability, if you breach these Terms or act in a way harmful to us or other users.
9.2 On termination, your rights to use Course Materials cease, but clauses which by their nature survive (e.g. intellectual property, limitation of liability, governing law) will remain in force.
